The MyoSlide can be used in different positions:
· Tabletop while the client is standing or sitting to exercise the arms and shoulders
· On the floor while the client is sitting to exercise the knee and hip
· On the floor while the client is standing
When standing to ensure safety the client is encouraged to make sure the floor is non slippery and place the non-slip pad down first. They should hold onto the kitchen bench or other fixed surface to provide stability. An alternative is the back of a dining room chair. Do not use unsupported to reduce the risk of falling.
